Return & Refund Policy Template

1. Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition that you received it.

• and!

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any digital product! Once you have been sent a digital photograph, it’s out there and there’s no way return it.

• Gift cards.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at studio@marknixon.com

5. Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective.

• Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
